Due to the nature of our products and industry regulations, all sales on IndoorOnly.com are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds except under limited circumstances outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because we sell consumable, federally compliant hemp-derived products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, quality, and compliance.
2. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or partial refund. To qualify:
─ Contact us at info@indooronly.com within 3 days of delivery
─ Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and shipping box
─ Items must be unused and in original packaging
We will assess the issue and, if validated, provide a resolution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
3. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or confiscated packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
We do not offer refunds for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or legal restrictions in your state.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing it. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is submitted.
5. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue directly. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly by contacting us at info@IndoorOnly.com.
6. Discretionary Exceptions
IndoorOnly.com reserves the right to make discretionary exceptions to this policy in rare or extenuating circumstances. Any such exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a change in our overall policy.
